Rupert September is a seasoned entrepreneur and business development specialist passionate about empowering small businesses through effective business support and driving human capital growth. Trained in finance by the Liberty Management Academy and refined in sales strategy as part of the MTN Sales Development Team, Rupert combines his financial expertise with hands-on commercial acumen.
A lifelong learner, he holds BTh and MTh degrees, reflecting his deep commitment to ethical leadership and community upliftment. In 2011, he founded Maestro Assist, a pioneering business support venture, before stepping away to enter politics—where he played a key role in establishing Small Business Chambers and fostering new enterprises.
Driven by a mission to create opportunity, Rupert co-founded a community foundation focused on human capital development, providing skills, resources, and mentorship to underserved groups. Now, he returns to Maestro Assist to launch its revolutionary virtual assistance program, leveraging a network of top-tier professionals met throughout his journey.
